Can we tour the venue?

We love to have visitors at our venue! All tours are by appointment only, please contact us to arrange a time where a member of our staff can walk you around the property and answer any questions you may have.

How long can we stay at the venue the day of the wedding?

The venue is yours exclusively on the day of your wedding from 10 am to 10 pm.

 

How much does the venue cost?

The price may vary depending on the time of year and day of the week. Contact us for the most accurate price for your wedding date.

Can we use our own vendors?

Yes. You can definitely use your choice of vendors when planning your event here. However, we do require all vendors to be insured and must be approved by our venue. We can also provide you with a preferred list of vendors whom we have experience with and trust.

 

Is alcohol permitted at our event?

Yes. In order for alcohol to be served, an ABC licensed bartender must be used to serve, and you will need to purchase event insurance.

What all is included in the price?

The price includes the use of the venue from 10 am-10 pm the day of the event, décor from the venue’s inventory (including tables, chairs, and table linens), and day-of wedding coordinator.

Do you have a changing room?

We have two beautifully decorated separate groom’s room and bridal suite, set up with lounge chairs, dressing tables, mirrors, and most of what you would require to get ready for your event. They also make wonderful backdrops for your “getting ready” photos.

What if it rains?

 We are able to have the ceremony outdoors in front of the barn in good weather, but also have a contingency to have the wedding inside the barn in front of the fireplace in case of bad weather.

How much is it to save the date?

There is a minimal 30% non-refundable deposit to save the date, with the remainder due 60 days before the event date. We can set up monthly payments, or lump payments that can be paid online with a credit card, by check, or cash.

Do you have a parking area and shuttle service?

We do have a parking area for the day of the event and provide a golf cart service from the parking area to the ceremony as a courtesy.
